On Page 2 of the Event Registration Form:
- Under Event ADMISSION, select In-Person Registration - $799.00
- Under Event SESSION, check the box for 🦋 Butterfly Ball Ticket – $249

If you have already registered for the conference and would like to purchase a Butterfly Ball ticket separately:
- Complete the registration form again
- On Page 2, under Event Admission, choose 🦋 Butterfly Ball Ticket 🦋 – $249

Refund & Transfer Policy: All conference registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend in person, you may convert your ticket to a virtual pass at no additional cost or transfer your registration to another person at no cost (must be completed by October 3, 2025). To request a transfer or virtual conversion, please contact lynn@mtih.org. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
